U S Army, Korean War Veteran, Curg Warren Belcher - Vernal, UT
About the Mission:
Curg Warren Belcher served in the U.S. Army. In 1967, he was drafted by
the Washington Redskins football team in March 1967 but was released to
join the U.S. Army to serve in Korea. He proudly served in the Army Infantry
from August 1967 until March 1969, stationed in South Korea.

This will be a Veteran's format.
The service will be at the Glines LDS Stake Center, located at 78 S Aggie Blvd,
Vernal, at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 9, 2026. We will stand a flag line at the church,
then escort Curg Warren Belcher to his final resting place at the Vernal Memorial Park,
located at 1750 S 500 East, Vernal, where we will stand another flag line.
Weather: Mostly sunny, with a high of 76 and a 10% chance of rain.
Please dress accordingly, and keep yourself hydrated.
Anyone attending in a cage, and willing to transport flags, please contact the Ride Captain.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will not be provided, please bring your own.

U S Army, Korean and Vietnam Wars Veteran, Elroy Hancock - Roosevelt / Duchesne, UT
About the Mission:
Elroy Hancock served in the U.S. Army as a military medic in both the Korea and Vietnam wars.
He was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries received in combat.
Thank you, Elroy Hancock, for your service.

This will be a veteran's format.
The service will be held the Duchesne LDS Stake Center, 901 N 500 East, Duchesne,
at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 12, 2026. We will stand a flag line at the church,
then escort Elroy Hancock to his final resting place in the Duchesne City Cemetery,
located at 600 US-191, Duchesne, where we will stand another flag line during military honors.
Weather: 60% chance of rain, with a high of 57.
Please dress accordingly.

HOTH Mission: Utah National Guard Trunk or Treat - Bluffdale, UT
About the Mission:
It's time once again for the Utah National Guard Trunk or Treat.
This annual program is a fun event for all children of the Utah National Guard
as well as other military children in the area. Many organizations, including
the Patriot Guard Riders of Utah, attend this event to provide a fun and safe place
for the children of our military to celebrate Halloween. This is a free event for
military children of all ages and hundreds of children participate in this event each year.
Come join us for the fun.
The USO and other organizations provide games and fun for the kids as well as hot dogs,
drinks, popcorn, etc. Be aware that PGR will provide some candy to hand out, but please
plan on bringing candy as well if you're able. This will not be mandatory, however.
Feel free to join us regardless.
To attend this event, all participants must have either a military ID or be pre-approved
to enter the facility. See below details to ensure your ability to enter the base.

The event is from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Camp Williams, located at 17111 S Camp Williams Rd. Bluffdale.
Critical Information: In order to participate in this mission, prior security authorization MUST be obtained
from Camp Williams. Those with military ID are permitted to attend without that prior authorization
but must be listed on a roster provided to them.
In order to participate, please TEXT the Ride Captain at 385-441-5664 with your name(s) and whether
you have valid military ID or not. If you do not have military ID, a link will be provided for the security
clearance questionnaire which you must complete or not be permitted on base.
The questionnaire MUST be completed no later than October 14, and participation is very limited.
So do not delay in contacting the Ride Captain to ensure your spot in this fun event.
Weather: a 100% chance of bouncing off the ceiling, accompanied by high-speed zig-zags and a
total loss of bedtime compliance due to the amount of rocket fuel disguised as bite size candy bars!
It will also be sunny, with a high of 67. Please dress accordingly.

Water will be provided.
